Job summary

Lee Hecht Harrison Nederland B.V. is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst for the Columbus, OH area. The role focuses on developing Power BI dashboards, automating reporting, and delivering financial insights during a critical project period.

The ideal candidate will have a finance/analytics background, 3+ years FP&A or BI experience, and advanced Power BI skills to drive business performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related field.
3+ years of FP&A, financial reporting, or business intelligence experience.
Advanced Power BI, Power Query, DAX, and Excel skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Microsoft Certified preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and KPI reporting.
Automate manual financial and operational reports.
Consolidate and validate data from ERP and other business systems.
Document reporting processes and provide knowledge transfer at project completion.
Support monthly forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
