  • Support annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, and long-range planning activities for expenses, including the development and maintenance of allocation methodologies and cost drivers.

  • Maintain clear documentation, controls, assumptions, and audit trails for financial models, allocation processes, and reporting outputs.
  • Independently manage assigned deliverables, **escalate** issues promptly, and meet established reporting and planning deadlines.
  • Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Typically 4-7 years of relevant experience in FP&A, expense reporting, financial analysis, accounting, or a related corporate finance role.

  • Demonstrated experience improving reporting processes, automating recurring workflows, or increasing data quality and efficiency.
  • Exposure to data analytics, automation, or AI-enabled solutions in a finance context is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts and analytical findings clearly to finance and non-finance stakeholders.
  • Big Four or similar professional-services experience is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned deliverables, and follow through to completion.
