Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores Inc. is hiring an FP&A Analyst II in Oklahoma City to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and decision-support activities. You will build financial models, dashboards, and analyses to improve performance and guide leadership decisions.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven insights, and continuous improvement of reporting processes with AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of FP&A, finance, or related experience preferred.
• Experience with financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis preferred.
• Exposure to data analysis tools or BI platforms (Power BI, SQL, ERP) preferred.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to support decision-making is valued.
• Must be able to work on-site at our Oklahoma City Corporate office four days a week.

Responsabilités

• Perform and manage financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting with accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and analytical tools for planning and decision-making.
• Prepare and maintain financial forecasts by analyzing historical performance and drivers.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and provide recommendations.
• Monitor performance, investigate variances, and escalate issues as appropriate.
• Gather, validate, and interpret data from multiple sources for recurring reporting and ad hoc analyses.
• Develop KPIs and provide insights to support business decisions.
