Love's Travel Stops is seeking an Inventory Planning Analyst II to support advanced inventory optimization through analytics, forecasting, and replenishment. You will improve in-store inventory performance, refine reporting, and collaborate with merchandising and operations to resolve complex challenges.

The role focuses on strengthening relationships with internal teams, category management, suppliers, and manufacturers to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

Qualifications

• BA degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Hands-on knowledge of retail merchandising systems.
• Experience with forecasting, replenishment, and inventory optimization.
• Familiarity with Blue Yonder, Tableau and/or SQL preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support inventory optimization initiatives through analytics, forecasting, and replenishment processes.
• Collaborate with merchandising and operations to improve in-stock performance and inventory turnover.
• Refine reporting systems and develop data-driven insights for strategic decisions.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to align inventory strategies with financial plans.
• Manage POs, vendor communications, and monitor shipping timelines.
