Love's Travel Stops is seeking an FP&A Manager to provide financial leadership and strategic partnership for a defined operational domain. You will oversee a team of analysts, driving budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial insights to improve performance.

As the primary finance partner to business leaders, you will translate priorities into financial strategies, build robust models, and guide resource allocation with data‑driven decision making, leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, Economics, or related field.
• MBA, CPA, CFA or equivalent advanced credentials preferred.
• 8+ years FP&A, corporate finance, or related financial disciplines experience preferred.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts, fostering accountability and growth.
• Manage team performance, including hiring, coaching, evaluations, and career planning.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the domain.
• Develop and maintain financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases.
