FP&A Analyst — Hardware & Modular Factory Economics

Job summary

Reframe Systems, a hardware-focused FP&A role in the United States, seeks a Financial Analyst to drive planning, analysis, and strategic finance for scalable modular microfactories.

You will own budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting, partnering with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Factory Operations to optimize unit economics and capital allocation as the company scales from 1 to 10 sites.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, management consulting, or startup finance experience.
• Experience with hardware/manufacturing finance is highly valued.
• Advanced modeling skills for 3-statement financial models from scratch.
• Ability to translate BOMs and factory costs into financial metrics.
• Experience with ERP and modern BI tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the company’s 3-statement financial model and rolling forecasts.
• Model BOM costs, direct labor rates, and factory overhead with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare dashboards, financial packages, and strategic decks for leadership and board meetings.
