Job summary

Reframe Systems, a hardware-focused FP&A role, seeks a data-driven Financial Analyst to own the 3-statement financial model, planning, and cost analysis for its microfactories in Andover, MA. Qualifications

• 5-8 years in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or startup finance.
• Direct experience with hardware/manufacturing or construction/real estate finance is preferred.
• Strong modeling and ownership of financial planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Own 3-statement financial model, rolling forecasts, and annual budget.
• Analyze BOM costs, labor, and factory overhead to refine unit economics.
• Prepare dashboards and strategic decks for leadership and board meetings.
