Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks a finance professional to analyze complex program finances, forecast revenues and expenditures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic actions.

You will prepare bottoms-up forecasts, monitor large programs, ensure GAAP compliance, and support financial reporting to corporate leadership. Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and experience in government contracting are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint; understanding accrual accounting and US GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes complex financial data to forecast revenues and expenditures for large programs.
• Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual bottoms-up forecasts at project and organizational levels.
• Maintains rolling forecasts and quarterly outlooks for large programs (>$3 Million in revenue).
• Prepares reports for monthly and quarterly reviews and supports accrual reconciliations.
• Works with project managers and corporate finance to identify and correct program finance issues.
• Reviews program-related AP/AR invoices for accuracy and supports financial reporting requirements.
