Job summary
ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, is seeking a financial analyst to analyze complex data, forecast revenues and expenditures, and support program finance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive accurate reporting for major programs, including cost management, GAAP adherence, and financial planning.
Candidates should have a Bachelor’s in accounting/finance and 2–5 years in finance, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Costpoint, and Cognos.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field of study.
- 2-5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual forecast at project and organizational level.
- Maintain rolling forecasts and quarterly outlook for large programs.
- Determine cost of large projects by establishing standard costs.
- Compare actual results to plans and forecasts.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports.
- Review program-related AP/AR invoices for accuracy.
- Prepare presentation decks for program financial performance reporting.
- Collaborate with project managers and finance to address issues.
