Job summary

OpenX is hiring an FP&A Analyst to join our finance team in Los Angeles. The role drives budgeting, forecasting, dashboards, and complex financial modeling to deliver actionable insights and support business performance.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of finance experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Math, and strong Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization skills. Experience with Adaptive Insights and SQL is a plus.

Qualifications

1–2 years of forecasting, budgeting, analysis, and project management experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Math is required.
Proficiency in interpreting financial statements and basic accounting principles.
Experience with Adaptive Insights or similar planning tools is preferred.
Comfort working with large data sets and complex data structures.
Strong Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides skills; SQL experience is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to senior leadership.
Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

Lead analysis of industry and KPIs for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and long‑range planning.
Produce dashboards and automate reporting; create ad‑hoc dashboards as needed.
Support month‑end close and FP&A processes; improve budgeting and forecasting tooling.
