Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 2+ years in FP&A, finance, accounting or related roles.
• Power BI experience preferred; advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual budget process, including collection, validation and analysis of assumptions.
• Analyze key P&L metrics (revenue, COGS, SG&A) and performance drivers.
• Prepare monthly management reports with variance analyses vs budget and prior year.
• Support month-end close by validating results and investigating variances.
• Maintain and enhance Power BI reports to improve data accuracy and visibility.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Operations to translate results into insights.
