Job summary

Summer Garden Food Manufacturing, a Lassonde Pappas company, is hiring a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst. Based in Boardman, OH with a hybrid schedule, you’ll partner with commercial, operations, and finance leaders to deliver insightful analyses and drive profitable growth.

You will manage forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning, translating data into clear recommendations and owning complex financial models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or similar.
• Advanced Excel skills: complex formulas, pivots, modeling.
• Experience with ERP, FP&A, BI applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to evaluate performance, growth opportunities, and margin decisions.
• Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual results with drivers and explanations.
• Prepare executive-ready reporting and variance analyses for leadership.
• Lead quarterly forecasts, budgets, and long-range planning.
• Develop robust financial models for scenarios, ROI, and profitability.
• Identify risks/opportunities and recommend action to improve performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain.
• Support strategic initiatives and ad hoc analyses.
