Job summary

TAIT is seeking an FP&A Business Analyst to support enterprise financial planning, cost reduction reporting, and long-range planning. You will partner with PMO, Global Procurement and Corporate Strategy to turn financial data into actionable insights and repeatable reporting.

AI and automation tools will be used to speed analytics and reduce manual effort. You will work with senior FP&A partners to translate source data into clear business insights, improve forecasting, and drive efficiency in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of FP&A, business analytics, corporate finance, procurement analytics, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills with large data sets and ability to translate analysis into insights.
• Advanced Excel skills for modeling, data analysis, lookups, pivots, and reporting.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Power Query or similar tools.
• Experience using AI, automation or BI tools to improve analytics and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to explain sources and implications clearly.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and driving process improvements.
