Job summary

C and its leadership team need a seasoned FP&A professional who can turn data into actionable insights. You will build trusted forecasts, uncover stories in variances, and join decision makers in the room when strategy is set.

You’ll partner across Accounting, Sales, Purchasing and Operations to drive cost savings and reporting improvements. The role emphasizes sophisticated modeling, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on ERP optimization to elevate financial planning across multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modeling abilities.
• Experience with ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred.
• Experience in distribution, or manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with multi-location or multi-entity businesses.
• A CPA, CFA or MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create complex models, budget and forecast.
• Analyze financial results, identify variances, and explain key trends.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and KPI analyses.
• Analyze revenue, margins, expenses, inventory, and profitability.
• Partner with Accounting, Sales, Purchasing, and Operations to evaluate performance and identify cost saving opportunities.
• Support reporting improvements, data accuracy, and ERP system optimization.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting to management.
