Job summary

C&A Marketing, Inc. in Edison is seeking an FP&A Analyst to transform data into actionable insights. You will build forecasts leadership can trust, explain variances, and help shape decisions grounded in numbers.

You will partner with Accounting, Sales, Purchasing and Operations to improve reporting, optimize ERP usage, and uncover cost-saving opportunities. 5 years of FP&A experience and strong Excel modeling are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5 years of FP&A, financial analysis, or accounting.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling abilities.
• Experience with ERP systems; Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred.
• Experience in distribution or manufacturing.
• Experience with multi-location or multi-entity businesses.
• MBA/CPA/CFA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create complex models, budget and forecast.
• Analyze financial results, identify variances, and explain key trends.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and KPI analyses.
• Analyze revenue, margins, expenses, inventory, and profitability.
• Partner with Accounting, Sales, Purchasing, and Operations to evaluate performance and identify cost saving opportunities.
• Support reporting improvements, data accuracy, and ERP system optimization.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting to management.
