Job summary

Foxconn Industrial Internet in California is seeking a Jr. Flying Probe Engineer to support design-for-testability analyses during product development.

You will interact with customers to define test strategies and to verify hardware, software, and firmware for final product testing. The role requires a BSEE or equivalent experience and 1–2 years in assembly, testing, debugging, and test-equipment programming.

• Find root causes and develop solutions for failures.
• Develop and update documents and TPI to establish testing requirements and troubleshooting process.
• Knowledge of Teradyne and Seica Flying Probe machine.

POSITION: Flying Probe Engineer, Jr.

CATEGORY: Exempt
JOB FUNCTION: Interact with customer to provide Design for Testability analysis during product design phase.
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: BSEE or the equivalent experience.
EXPERIENCE: 1 to 2 years’ of experience in assembly, testing, debugging, test equipment programming.
SKILLS:
Hardware Tool: Scopes (digital/analog), Multimeter (DMM), Logic analyzer, PC
Operating systems: DOS, Windows, Microsoft Office, and Windows NT
RESPONSIBILITIES:
