Job summary

WFXG Fox 54 in Augusta, GA is seeking a dynamic sales leader to drive revenue growth across broadcast, digital and new revenue streams.

You will build and mentor a high‑performing sales team, develop strategies, manage inventories and key accounts, and act as the station's ambassador in the community.

Candidates should have TV ad sales management experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with MS Office; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in TV sales management.
• Hands-on TV advertising sales and operational background.
• Ability to meet revenue budgets via digital interactive and other approaches.
• Strong and positive leadership skills.
• Highly skilled leader, negotiator, and motivator.
• Proficiency using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a driving record compliant with policy.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Good eyesight and hearing, ability to walk up‑stairs and sometimes long distances, ability to lift equipment that may exceed 10 pounds, ability to sit for a long period of time, ability to handle often stressful situations under deadline, good manual and overall physical dexterity.
