Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for Four Points by Sheraton Orlando International Drive. You will lead a team to ensure spotless rooms, coordinate daily operations, and step in when the Housekeeping Manager is away.

You will oversee inspections, trainings, safety practices, and ensure high cleanliness standards across all facilities. Strong communication and organizational skills help motivate staff and maintain guest satisfaction.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent. College coursework in a related field is a plus.
• 2–3 years of experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you're the behind-the-scenes hero making sure every guest's stay is spotless and unforgettable. You'll lead a hardworking team, keep daily operations running smoothly, and step up when the Housekeeping Manager is away. From fresh linens to flawless rooms, you set the standard for clean, comfortable, and welcoming—and inspire your team to do the same. Key Skills/Responsibilities

• Operations Boss: Oversee daily housekeeping operations with precision—inspections, reports, and productivity checks are your jam. You make sure everything runs smoothly and up to standard.


• Team Captain: Lead and inspire Room Attendants and House Attendants with clear communication, hands‑on training, and a positive vibe that keeps the team motivated and on point.


• Safety & Security Pro: Handle lost‑and‑found items with care, maintain key control, and manage access to sensitive areas like master keys, storage rooms, and secure files—all while keeping safety top of mind.


• Cleanliness Champion: Set the bar high for sanitation and cleanliness across all facilities and equipment. You're the reason everything looks fresh, feels safe, and exceeds expectations.

Education & Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework in a related field is a plus.


• 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field is required.


• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
