Job summary

Starmark is seeking hard-working team members for a 4-day, 10-hour production schedule, Monday through Thursday, 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. This full-time role offers a 3-day weekend and overtime may be available as needed.

You will operate production machinery, use hand tools, perform quality checks, and maintain a clean, safe work area. Responsibilities include reading and following instructions, communicating with teammates, and potentially operating a forklift if qualified.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to read, understand, and write English for safety, job responsibilities, and workplace communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to use hand tools and handheld measuring devices.
• Basic math skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude; forklift experience is a plus.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities
