Healthy Connections in De Queen, AR is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Experienced Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) to join our De Queen Clinic. This full-time role offers an outstanding work-life balance within a mission-driven healthcare team.

This position features a four-day workweek (Tuesday-Friday, 07:30-18:00), competitive hourly pay, and full benefits. You’ll deliver comprehensive care to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Active certification as LPN or RMA is required.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in outpatient clinics is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Support providers in delivering primary care and outpatient services.
• Administer medications, document vitals, assist with exams and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe clinical environment and accurate records.
• Educate patients and families and support care coordination.
• Act as a liaison between patients, providers and support resources.
• Participate in staff training and outreach activities.
