Healthy Connections, Inc. in Conway, AR is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or an experienced Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) to join our outpatient care team. This full-time role offers a four-day workweek and a strong emphasis on work-life balance.

You will deliver primary care support, administer medications, document vitals, and assist with exams in a supportive clinic environment, using EHR systems to maintain accurate records and coordinate follow-up care.

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RMA certification required.
• Current BLS certification (American Heart or Red Cross).
• Experience in a busy outpatient clinic or similar setting.
• Proficiency with MS Office and EHR systems.
• Strong communication, detail orientation, and team mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support providers in delivering quality primary and outpatient care.

What You’ll Do

• Support providers in delivering quality primary care and outpatient services to patients of all ages.
• Perform direct patient care tasks such as administering medications, documenting vitals, and assisting with exams and procedures.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Educate patients and families while supporting care coordination and follow-up.

What You’ll Bring
