Healthy Connections is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Experienced Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) to join our De Queen Clinic care team. This full-time position offers an outstanding work-life balance with a four-day workweek from Tuesday to Friday, and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will support providers, perform direct patient care tasks, maintain accurate records, and educate patients in an outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Active certification as an LPN or RMA.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in a busy outpatient clinic or similar setting preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health records (EHR).
• Strong communication, attention to detail and a team-first mindset.
• Willingness to travel for meetings or professional development.

Responsabilités

• Support providers in delivering quality primary care and outpatient services to patients of all ages.
• Perform direct patient care tasks such as administering medications, documenting vitals, and assisting with exams and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, efficient, and safe clinical environment that promotes comfort and trust.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Educate patients and families while supporting care coordination and follow-up.
• Serve as a connector between patients, providers, and support resources to enhance care outcomes.
• Occasionally participate in staff training, meetings, and patient outreach activities.
