Job summary

Landscape Forms in Kalamazoo, MI is seeking an experienced Journeyman Industrial Maintenance Mechanic or Millwright to diagnose and repair manufacturing equipment while improving reliability. Four-day, first-shift schedule with pay starting at $30/hour based on experience.

You will work on presses, benders, rollers, CNC machinery, and powder coating equipment; maintain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems; read schematics and follow lockout/tagout protocols.

Qualifications

• Journeyman certification or card in Industrial Maintenance, Millwright, or related trade.
• Hands-on experience maintaining and repairing industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting capabilities.
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read schematics, drawings, and technical docs.
• Knowledge of lockout/tagout safe maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial manufacturing equipment (presses, benders, rollers, CNC, powder coating).
• Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Troubleshoot PLCs, robotic systems, and automated equipment support.
• Perform preventive maintenance and improve equipment reliability.
• Support equipment installations and manufacturing improvement projects.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve issues safely.
