Smile Fitness Dental Center in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our four-day-per-week team. You will provide preventative and periodontal care, educate patients, and collaborate with a dedicated clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Dental Hygienist license in good standing.
• Strong periodontal assessment and clinical hygiene skills.
• Comfortable educating patients and discussing recommended care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable and collaborative team member.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive preventative and periodontal hygiene care.
• Perform prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing.
• Complete periodontal charting and assess periodontal health.
• Take diagnostic radiographs as needed.
• Educate patients on oral health, home care, and recommended treatment.
• Identify areas of concern and communicate findings with the doctor.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Support an efficient, patient-focused clinical environment.
• Collaborate closely with doctors, dental assistants, and the front office team.
