All Smiles Dental Care in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist to deliver high-quality preventative care, educate patients, and build long-term relationships with patients.

This PPO and fee-for-service practice focuses on individualized treatment recommendations and a strong patient experience, with a team-oriented culture and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Dental Hygienist license in good standing.
• Strong clinical and periodontal assessment skills.
• CPR/BLS Certification and Local Anesthesia (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive preventative and periodontal hygiene care
• Perform prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing
• Complete periodontal charting and assess patients’ periodontal health
• Take diagnostic radiographs as needed
• Educate patients on oral health, home care, and recommended treatment
• Identify areas of concern and communicate findings with the doctor
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with doctors, dental assistants, and the front office team
• Help create a comfortable and positive experience for every patient
