Job summary

All Smiles Dental Care in Phoenix is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our full-time team. The role emphasizes high-quality preventative care, patient education, and building long-term patient relationships in a PPO/fee-for-service setting.

We operate as a DSO with a collaborative team of 1 Dentist, 2 hygienists, and 2 front office staff, dedicated to a supportive and patient-centered work environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active dental hygiene license in Phoenix, AZ.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Ability to educate patients and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive preventative and periodontal hygiene care.
• Perform prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing.
• Complete periodontal charting and assess patients’ health on CareStack.
• Take diagnostic radiographs as needed via Nomad.
• Educate patients on oral health, home care, and recommended treatment.
• Identify areas of concern and communicate findings with the doctor.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with doctors, dental assistants, and the front office team.
• Help create a comfortable and positive experience for every patient.
