Job summary

Treasure Island Hotel Casino in Las Vegas is seeking a customer-focused team member for food and beverage service. You will greet guests, provide prompt service, ensure cleanliness, and stay knowledgeable about menu items and casino promotions.

Responsibilities include cash handling, POS transactions, inventory checks, and assisting with guest concerns. Flexible shifts and a professional appearance are required for this on-site role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in high-volume counter or fast food service.
• Effective English communication (verbal and written).
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Availability to work any shift.

• Provide prompt, friendly, courteous food and beverage service to guests.
• Thank all guests for their patronage.
• Maintain cleanliness of the outlet including floors, tables, ledges, and counters.
• Maintain familiarity with all menu items and specials.
• Follow uniform and appearance standards.
• Maintain knowledge of all casino events and promotions.
• Ensure tables and condiment areas are clean and all side work is properly completed.
• Pick up, reconcile and return cash bank.
• Ensure deposits are accurate through Satellite Bank.
• Record all guest transactions in POS system.
• Offer additional service to ensure a satisfactory experience.
• Assist with initial guest complaints and inform manager on duty immediately
• Conduct regular inventory and recommend product orders to Manager on Duty
• Ensure food items are stocked and rotated
• Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department

• Accurately records all guest transactions in Point Of Sale (POS) system
• Offer additional service to ensure a satisfactory experience

• Conduct regular inventory and recommend product orders to Manager on Duty
• Ensure food items are constantly stocked and properly rotated
• Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department

Qualifications:

• Minimum of six months high-volume counter or fast food service experience required.
• Communicate effectively in English both verbally and written form
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
• Must be able to work any shift.
