Job summary

MGM Resorts International is hiring a Fountain Worker at the South End Market in MGM Springfield. You will take and serve orders, maintain dining area cleanliness, and create a welcoming guest experience in a high-volume setting.

Candidates should be at least 18, have a high school diploma, and possess one year of food-handling experience. Full-time, 8-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays, with starting pay of $18.05 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• One year of experience as a food handler in a high-volume restaurant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take, place, and serve orders and garnish food and drinks.
• Collect money with proper cash handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of front and back of house, clear tables and counters.
• Label and date products per safety procedures.
• Perform opening and closing duties based on shift assignment.
• Stock and replenish products in work areas as needed.
• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority or refer to management.
