Job summary

Aegis, partnering with a long-standing manufacturer in Bensenville, is seeking Production Technicians to join the team. This is an entry-to-growth opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn across production areas, including molding, furnace operations, and clean room work.

No prior foundry experience is required, but a safety-first mindset and the ability to work in a hot, noisy environment are essential. Training is provided to help you grow with the company.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on experience in manufacturing, construction, automotive, landscaping, or general labor.
• Comfortable working in a hot, loud, physically demanding environment.
• Ability to lift up to approximately 50 lbs.
• Foundry experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support molding, pouring/furnace, and clean room operations across production areas.
• Handle and move materials throughout the facility following safety procedures.
• Operate around foundry equipment while adhering to PPE requirements.
• Learn different areas of the production process.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to add several Production Technicians to their team in Bensenville.This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic who wants to get into manufacturing and grow with a stable company.
