Job summary

Normal Computing in Mountain View is seeking a Foundry Sourcing & Supplier Manager to own foundry relationships, negotiate capacity agreements and drive competitive silicon economics from prototype to high-volume production.

You will translate forecasts into supply plans, lead RFQs with Finance and Legal, and build scalable supplier management processes as Normal scales its AI hardware roadmap.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in semiconductor foundry sourcing or related supply chain roles.
• Experience managing commercial relationships with foundries, OSATs and packaging/test providers.
• Proven track record negotiating wafer pricing, NRE and capacity commitments.

Responsibilities

• Own foundry strategy and supplier relationships aligned with the silicon roadmap.
• Lead commercial negotiations, capacity commitments and long-term supply agreements.
• Translate product roadmaps into wafer capacity plans and supply assurances.
• Develop semiconductor cost models and benchmark pricing with Finance and Engineering.
• Establish supplier performance reviews and scalable procurement processes.
