Job summary

onsemi is seeking a highly driven leader to join the Procurement organization as Director of Foundry Sourcing, based in Scottsdale, Arizona or San Jose, California. This role is critical to leading engagement with key semiconductor foundry partners and shaping the company’s external wafer manufacturing strategy.

Qualifications

• Fifteen-plus years of semiconductor industry experience with significant foundry sourcing and supply chain exposure.
• Proven experience leading and developing global teams and influencing across matrixed organizations.
• Strong track record negotiating wafer pricing, capacity, and long‑term agreements.
• Deep understanding of foundry economics, process technologies, and supplier cost drivers.
• Ability to translate BU and technology requirements into actionable sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own executive relationships with strategic foundry partners and cultivate partnerships beyond transactions.
• Drive supplier relationship management strategies, including governance and roadmaps.
• Lead Executive Business Reviews and ensure follow-through on commitments.
• Monitor market dynamics, capacity, geopolitical risks, and supplier capabilities.
• Coordinate decisions and execution across global Business Units and functions.
