Job summary

LE SUEUR INCORPORATED is seeking a Simulation Foundry Engineer to coordinate mold flow simulations, develop accurate solidification analyses, and predict defects. You will update 3D CAD models and support tool design for iron, aluminum and steel casting while liaising with customers. Occasional travel is required.

The role emphasizes using Creo/SolidWorks/OnShape for mold designs and providing engineering input during product launches and new process development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in mold flow and solidification analysis.
• 3+ years hands-on CAD experience (Creo, SolidWorks, SpaceClaim or OnShape).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mold flow simulations to predict defects and optimize patterns.
• Provide engineering support to molding operations and participate in product launches.
• Liaise with customers and internal teams to resolve mold flow and solidification issues.
