Job summary

Gebhart Holdings is seeking a Reverb and Rotary Crew Supervisor to oversee production operations during the shift. This hands-on role supervises operators and furnace staff, ensuring safety, quality, and output targets are met.

The ideal candidate has foundry experience, a forklift license, and demonstrates leadership, effective communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. On-site work with a strong lean manufacturing focus is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a foundry environment preferred.
• Forklift license required; on-the-job training provided.
• Prior leadership experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Motivate, support, and provide guidance to production staff
• Ensure safety standards are met to keep the organization accident free
• Troubleshoot production issues
• End of shift reporting to ensure maximum output and quality is being met
• Communicate regularly with production manager
• Evaluate machines and equipment to ensure continued production with minimal downtime
• Work alongside operators to maintain production
• Regular and timely attendance are an expectation of the position
• Follow the 5S foundations for deploying lean production tools and processes.
