Job summary

SPX Technologies is seeking a dedicated Foundry Production Worker in Michigan City, IN to operate core and mold production processes, inspect cores, and assist with mold changes. The role requires attention to safety, physical stamina, and teamwork in a hands-on manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include setting up machines, opening and closing molds, handling castings, and maintaining clean work areas while following standard procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs.
• Experience in manufacturing and/or foundry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support core and mold production per standard procedures.
• Open molds, degate castings, and transport them to finishing areas.
• Set up work areas, inspect molds, and assist with crane/forklift operations.
