Qualifications

• Previous assembly or production operations experience is preferred.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is beneficial.
• Strong Excel skills for production reporting and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate activities of a more complex production line; prepare schedules and resolve issues.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards across the line.
• Supervise daily activities of production line workers and coordinate between teams.
• Train new hires, manage scheduling, monitor safety, and promote communication for continuous improvement.
