Job summary

Stark Pharma Solutions Inc. seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to join our Worcester, MA team, supporting regulated medical device operations with hands‑on foundry experience.

You will apply casting, brazing, wax injection, and precision measurement skills to improve process capability and product quality. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in mechanical/manufacturing engineering, a BS in engineering, and proficiency with GD&T, CMM, Minitab, NX CAD, and Windchill.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 3+ years of mechanical/manufacturing engineering experience.
• Hands-on foundry experience is required.
• Experience with metals, casting, brazing, and wax injection.
• Strong GD&T, CMM, and gaging knowledge.
• Experience with statistical analysis and Minitab.
• Knowledge of NX CAD and Windchill is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing processes and development activities.
• Provide engineering support for foundry and metal-processing operations.
• Assist casting, brazing, wax injection, and related processes.
• Support process validation and continuous improvement.
• Assist fixture, tooling, and gage design activities.
• Apply GD&T, CMM, and gaging techniques.
• Perform statistical analysis and use Minitab for evaluation.
• Troubleshoot processes and support root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and quality.
