Job summary

Stark Pharma Solutions Inc. seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to join our Worcester, MA team, supporting regulated medical device operations with hands‑on foundry experience.

You will apply casting, brazing, wax injection, and precision measurement skills to improve process capability and product quality. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in mechanical/manufacturing engineering, a BS in engineering, and proficiency with GD&T, CMM, Minitab, NX CAD, and Windchill.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 3+ years of mechanical/manufacturing engineering experience.
• Hands-on foundry experience is required.
• Experience with metals, casting, brazing, and wax injection.
• Strong GD&T, CMM, and gaging knowledge.
• Experience with statistical analysis and Minitab.
• Knowledge of NX CAD and Windchill is a plus.

Job Overview

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with strong mechanical and manufacturing engineering experience to support manufacturing operations in a regulated medical device manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on foundry experience along with knowledge of casting, metals, brazing, wax injection, process validation, GD&T, CMM, gaging, and statistical analysis.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with metals, casting, brazing, and wax injection.
• Experience with process validation.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T, CMM, and gaging.
• Experience with statistical analysis and Minitab.
• Experience with NX CAD and Windchill is a plus.
• Experience with fixture/gage design and wax injection tooling is a plus.
• Experience with injection molding is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
