Job summary

Orchid MPS Holdings, LLC is seeking an Operations Technician II, Foundry Operator, on-site in Oregon City. The role involves operating and maintaining vacuum furnaces, dewaxing, casting, and refining processes to meet exact specifications for orthopedic implants.

You will handle batch inventories, quality checks, and daily production logs. The position requires 1+ year of manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent education is preferred.
• 1+ year of manufacturing experience required.
• Experience with quality inspection and metrology tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain foundry equipment and furnaces per production schedule.
• Inspect molds and castings, ensure FIFO flow and mold integrity.
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
• Assist melt furnace operations and cast alloy into molds.
• Follow safety rules and Lean/EHS initiatives.
