Orchid Orthopedic Solutions in Oregon City is seeking an Operations Technician I, Finishing to perform grinding, buffing, trimming, final cleaning, and passivation on medical implants. You will handle laser marking, blast processes, and quality checks to ensure surface finish meets specifications.

The role requires basic high school education, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No prior experience required; manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Operate auto and manual cleaning and passivation line.
• Operate laser marking equipment.
• Perform product cleaning and visual inspection.
• Inspect and maintain blast cabinets, media, nozzles and hoses.
• Dimensionally inspect work with calipers, comparators and surface plates.
