Job summary

Hearth & Home Technologies, LLC in Randolph, VT is seeking a Machine Technician on the 1st shift to process and finish cast iron parts used in fireplaces, stoves, and hearth products. Core hours are 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with OT as needed. This is a full-time, direct-hire role.

Starting pay is $20.00 - $27.00 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits begin day one, including health care, PTO, holidays, a 401(k) with company match, and access to earnings on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Process and finish quality cast iron parts for fireplaces, stoves, and hearth products.
• Drilling and grinding techniques with basic machine operation, setup and cleaning.
• Perform quality and safety checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Follow written and picture-based work instructions.
• Accurately track production counts and work-in-process materials.

Machine Technician Duties Include

• Process and finish quality cast iron parts used in the manufacture of fireplaces, stoves, and hearth products


• Perform Drilling and grinding techniques along with basic machine operation, set up, and cleaning.


• Perform quality and safety checks to ensure products meet specifications


• Follow written and picture-based work instructions


• Accurately track production counts and work-in-process materials
