Job summary

Hearth & Home Technologies, Randolph, VT, seeks a full-time production associate. You will operate basic tools, perform drilling/grinding, and inspect quality of cast iron parts while following written and visual instructions. Shift 3:30 PM–12:00 AM, Monday–Friday; OT as needed. Starting pay is $20.00–$27.00 per hour, plus a $1.00 shift premium.

Responsibilities

• Process and finish quality cast iron parts.
• Perform drilling and grinding techniques and basic machine setup.
• Conduct quality and safety checks to ensure specifications.
• Follow written and picture-based work instructions.
• Accurately track production counts and in-process materials.
