Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and dependable Foundry Operator to join our team. As a Foundry Operator, you will play a key role in supporting foundry and post-processing operations, ensuring all parts meet strict quality and safety standards.

Shifts & Pay Rates:

• 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm | $21.00/hr
• 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:00pm – 10:00pm | $23.10/hr
• 3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 10:00pm – 6:00am | $24.15/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle, grind, deburr, trim, and clean cast parts.
• Prepare parts for the next stage of production.
• Perform inspections to confirm quality standards.
• Move parts through the process according to standard procedures.
• Follow all work instructions and safety protocols.
• Maintain an organized and safe work environment.
