Qualifications

• 10+ years in semiconductor manufacturing, process development or foundry interface.
• Experience with deep sub-micron fab processes and Asia-based wafer fabs.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional foundry programs with measurable outcomes.
• Experience driving foundry change control and PCNs with risk/data analysis.
• External stakeholder management and escalation handling.
• Tapeout readiness: DRC/DFM methodologies, mask/reticle constraints.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and sustain technologies for pSemi and MuRata at foundry partners.
• Own governance for DRC, manufacturability inquiries, issue triage, and closure.
• Lead yield/quality excursions with cross-functional teams and RMAs.
• Establish KPIs for excursion response and yield learning transfer.
• Provide leadership for technology development and sustaining activities.
• Manage change-control workflows with foundry partners (PCNs, masks).
• Mentor engineers on device physics relating to product performance.
• Front-line communication with customers on processing, quality, and DRC issues.
