Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year college degree in an engineering or technical discipline with 5 years of progressive manufacturing experience, OR equivalent 10 years of progressive manufacturing experience in lieu of degree.
• Direct leadership, project leadership, or team lead experience required.
• Foundry or machining process experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical foundry operations support with process expertise, tooling development, and continuous improvement.
• Lead manufacturing engineering team involved in tooling and/or cylinder liner casting and machining.
• Accountable for value stream goals and alignment with operations on people, quality, velocity and cost targets for foundry and machine shop.
• Recruit and build a strong performing team.
• Lead continuous improvement projects.
