Cindavi is hiring a Maintenance Technician to keep our Evansville, Wisconsin foundry operation safe, reliable, and productive. This hands-on role involves diagnosing problems quickly around heavy equipment and restoring it the right way.

You will work with furnaces, molding machines, sand systems, conveyors, cranes, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems to minimize downtime and improve safety and team performance. The role requires strong troubleshooting and collaboration across shifts.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED; technical or vocational training adds value.
• Electrical certification is a valuable addition.
• Strong troublehsooting across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic domains.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment in a foundry environment.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to identify wear and issues before they escalate.
• Diagnose failures, perform root-cause analyses, and implement effective repairs to reduce downtime.
• Support welding, fabrication, equipment installation, and startup work as needed.
