Job summary

Cindavi in Evansville, WI is seeking a Maintenance Technician to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems around heavy equipment in our foundry. You will respond to production issues, perform preventive maintenance, and help bring new equipment online to keep uptime high.

This hands-on role requires reading schematics, working safely around 480-volt systems, and coordinating with production and engineering across shifts.

Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance experience in foundry or heavy manufacturing.
• Proficient with 480-volt electrical systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Diagnose failures, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement durable repairs.
• Support welding, fabrication, installation, and startup work as needed.
• Document maintenance activity in CMMS and keep work area organized.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams and follow safety procedures.
