Qualifications

• 3+ years of forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Physically capable of working near extreme heat and lifting heavy furnace tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate the Casting Line and furnace equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Charge and pour the Main or Small Furnace based on production specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization around the casting line and related areas.
