Qualifications

• Experience in foundry or metal manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to work in high-heat environments and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate furnaces to melt aluminum and monitor temperatures.
• Prepare sand or permanent molds for casting processes.
• Pour molten metal safely into molds following proper procedures.
• Perform shakeout and remove castings from molds.
• Clean, grind, and finish cast parts to meet specifications.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
