Job summary

Reliable Safety and Flow Corporation seeks a Facilities Maintenance Worker for our Columbia, PA plant to perform plumbing, handyman, and building maintenance duties in a busy foundry environment.

You will identify maintenance needs, troubleshoot issues, and complete repairs safely, while supporting continuous operations and coordinating with outside contractors as needed. This is a full-time, onsite role with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in facilities or industrial maintenance preferred.
• Ability to work safely in a hot, noisy foundry environment.
• Basic to intermediate plumbing knowledge.
• General knowledge of carpentry, drywall, painting, hardware, and other handyman tasks.
• Ability to safely use common hand tools and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance and repairs throughout the foundry and supporting areas.
• Perform plumbing repairs including sinks, toilets, valves, drains, piping, and water lines.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing leaks and other facility-related issues.
• Repair and maintain doors, locks, hinges, fixtures, shelving, and other building components.
• Assist with basic electrical repairs and facility lighting within scope of training.
• Identify unsafe conditions and take corrective action.
• Respond to maintenance requests from production and other departments.
