Job summary

ASC Engineered Solutions is seeking a Production Supervisor Core for the Foundry. Based in Columbia, PA, you will oversee the core maker on Laempe equipment, supervising shifts and coordinating with planning and materials to meet production goals.

Responsibilities include planning production changes, leading teams across shifts, supporting lean manufacturing initiatives (5S, standard work, value stream mapping), and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of manufacturing experience involving multiple machines.
• Strong PC/Systems knowledge and skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and optimize production processes across shifts.
• Lead production teams and coordinate with planning and materials.
• Support lean manufacturing initiatives (5S, standardized work, value stream mapping).
